At SmartCool AC Care, we aim to provide fair and transparent service. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬

As we provide on-site AC services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed.

2. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Any advance paid for booking is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service

3. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Refunds may be considered only if:

. Service was not delivered
. Booking was cancelled by us
. Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction)

4. 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

No refunds will be provided for:

. Completed services
. Customer dissatisfaction after service completion (unless a valid issue is verified)
. Change of mind after booking

5. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡

In case of any issue, we encourage customers to contact us. We will try to resolve the concern before considering any refund.

6. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited via original payment method
